*****ing money of clients

This review is about Vodacom and Incredible Connection. I am an old customer of Vodacom and Incredible Connection. I have two laptops on contract through Vodacom and Incredible Connection. The contract of my one laptop is upgradable since 14 November 2016. This contract included the laptop and 2GB data a month @ R480.The last payment for the laptop and data went off on 29 October 2016. However, R480 was deducted again on 29 of November 2016. For what? The data? How is it possible that 2GB data can cost R480?

So I went to Vodaworld today (4 Dec 2016) to upgrade.Got there was assisted by a guy in Incredible Connection.Chose a new laptop at an increase now R865 a month for 5GB data and a laptop. When I asked when the first payment will go off the guy said to me this month. So I said to him what happens now to the R480 already paid this month. It turns out that I lost R480 and will have to pay R865 now for the new laptop and 5GB data.So I said can the R480 not be deducted from the R865.No, it cannot that is how it works.

How is this possible. Do you guys at Vodacom and Incredible Connection work with a system so static that you cannot cater to the individual needs of your customers?Where is the diversity in this? This is not a one size fits all.

It is ridiculous to pay R480 for 2GB. That is not how much 2GB cost and you know it. I am not the only one in my family part of this scheme. My sister has also been affected by this. Why is it that you take the support of clients as a given.Money do not grow on our backs.

It is a rip-off to expect customers to pay R1345 in a period of 5 days. How does your system work? This is really terrible service from both of these companies.I am so disappointed.

I hope you attend to this.
