*****ing money from me every month

My cellphone contract with vodacom was going to end in March. I called at a vodacom store and they told me to contact the call centre to cancel the contract. This I did in February. When asked why I was not renewing it I said I was cutting down on my expenses. I was told that prepaid was organized and that I could also purchase data for R169.00 per month. I agreed that I would then get that data bundle for my prepaid phone. But instead of saving money in March my bill came to an exhorbitant R2810.46. I have been calling them continuously and been told that I would get my money back but till this day no money has been credited to my account. Instead another R1000 has been debited. I have been to the store and I hav used hours of my time going from agent to agent trying to sort this out. Nobody is interested in sorting out the problem and returning my money. I am at my wits end. I have been their customer for many years and this is the worst service I have ever received. The NCA was brought into effect to protect clients from exactly this. Exploitation and using clients accounts to debit what they feel like.
