I am being charged double by Vodacom and when I inquire was to I upgraded don't to what. I contact Vodacom about this and they promised to investigate and get back to me. I then received an sms about 3 weeks back that someone will call me unfortunately the sms got deleted, the name was Tshabalala still waiting. I am supposed to pay R200+ however Vodacom decided to debit my account double the agreed amount. See January 2020 statement below.
