*****ing From Clients

My Note 5 was sent in for repairs at a cost of over R3000.00 and two months later the phone stops working and im being charged over R6000.00 for the phoned to be repaired after i was quoted over R2000.00 rand because it was said the power button was not correctley connected then the same day they tell me its water damage. How the hell do you go from a power button being not correctly connected to water damage? PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY Samsung repairs new phones at no charge AND WHY YOU ARE CHARGING ME RIDICULOUS AMOUNTS WHILE IM STILL UNDER GUARENTEE? THIS DOES NOT MAKE SENSE?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
