Sales call from Vodacom where the agent told me that she will be making my data cheaper and that I will be receiving a free Wifi device. My data bundle would increase to 2gb a month and will be linked to my long standing contract. Today i see that i now have 2 separate accounts with Vodacom. They have already billed me for the divice and for 2GB of data and only gave me 100MB. Speaking to the call center I was transferred blindly when the agent didn't know how to deal with my questions. I then spoke to a nice enough young lady but was placed on hold for 10minutes. Come on Vodacom, live up to what your sales people are selling
