I recharged with R12 Vodacom on the 26th September 2016, bought 30 megabytes and then received R6 free airtime. I then went on the internet. I checked my data again and saw I had 30 megabytes remaining but the free airtime was gone. I then proceeded to go back on the internet and I checked my WhatsApp. After I checked my data again (This is routine for me) I saw I had 20-something megabytes remaining. I then remembered I needed to research something so I went back on the internet and opened ONE fitness article when I suddenly got a message saying I had less then 4 megabytes remaining... How? So I immediately called Vodacom and was told a complaint has been logged. The following day I waited for a called back, didn't receive one, then called back. I spoke to a few RUDE consultants before finally speaking to a respectful consultant. I was told I'd be reimbursed and called back on a business day (Monday). I waited for a call, again, received none so I called back. I was told by many RUDE consultants Vodacom doesn't reimburse customers as it's our fault we don't have data. I then finally spoke to another consultant who helped me. A few days passed and a kind manager (at least that's what I think he was) and he apologised for me not getting called back and helped. He then helped me and I got reimbursed on the 4th of October. Then on the 10th of October I bought R12 Vodacom and bought 30 megabytes (I still had the data the kind manager gave me) I then woke up this morning (12th October 2016) to a message that said my data bundle has been depleted. I checked my data and saw I had 32 megabytes. That very minute I received a message saying I had less then 24 megabytes remaining on the data the manager gave me. I checked my data and saw I had 19 megabytes. How? All these messages came through at 08:05. I then immediately called Vodacom and was told it's my fault (After I told the lady I just some up and saw the "Data has been depleted" message. All I'm asking for is not to be disrespect by Vodacom consultants. It's only the managers who are nice and respectful. I'm seriously tired of rude consultants because I wouldn't call Vodacom if I was the one using my data. Thank you to the nice manager who helped me but to the other Vodacom consultants, you all are rude and need to be re-trained.
