*****ing customers airtime by not informing them data has been depleted and that out of bundle rates apply.

<p>I have a top up contract with Vodacom, on 1 Febraury 2017 I received my monthly airtime of which i purchase 1Gig of data. I have been using that data and was never informed that my data has been depleted. Vodacom usually sends sms's to inform its customers that they have less than 250MB or 99MB, which i never received. Vodacom sends an sms to inform its customers that their data has been depleted, which i aslo never received. As a result I was charged out of bundle rates until all my airtime has been depleted, without even knowing.</p> <p>I then send an email to vodacom to let them know of what happened, they respond with telephonic phone call where they acknowledge that they didnt inform me about data depletion and that they are sorry for the inconvenience caused. I have been a customer with Vodacom for about 9 years and never have i been late with my monthly payment. It is unfair that they can ***** my airtime like that and just be sorry. I want my lost airtime back. This is aunacceptable service! I am really dissapointed in my service provider.</p>
