*****ing airtime (whats new?) and making it difficult for customers to sort it out

So my airtime was ****** once again. My data was off and no calls made so WHERE did my airtime go?

I used free Facebook to complain. First they give a reoly its a wasp service. Sms stop all and it will be okay. Um firstly the number bounces back saying its only for Vodacom subscribers so ***? Secondly as Vodacom themselves puts it I’m the owner of my device so I know whats cooking. So I reply saying its not that. I get ignored. So I complain again only to be told after saying I cannot email that I must email. So I reply saying I can’t. I then get a ****y reply saying we will only help you if you email. What about messenger? Its a private tool fir communication used by their own rivals ffs!!! So I reply asking about Messenger (please take note I am trying what I can from my side!) what happens? I’m ignored. The law requires Vodacom to respond and to work with me to resolve the matter. Yet the refuse!

Looking at their replies to customers on Social Media scares the living daylights out of me because they are breaking every rule in Customer Care 101 and the head of that department needs to be fired! They are bringing the company into ill repute with this ****!

I actually now wemt and ysed my last bit of money to buy airtime just to post this, now what am I going to eat????
