*****ing Airtime

I have a contract with Vodacom where I get a monthly airtime and data top up. I do not use the airtime to make calls as I have another phone that I use to make calls. My airtime value builds up and I had over R500 the last time I checked. Last week I checked my balance and found a 0 airtime balance which I know is impossible. Called Vodacom only to be told that I had subscribed to some content on Vodacom Live which is absolute *******. The phone is in my possession all the time as it's just me and the wife, no kids. I don't have Vlive and certainly don't go on the Vodacom website. Vodacom is activating subscriptions through dubious methods resulting in ****** airtime. I am certainly no fool and know what I do with my phone so Vodacom must not talk nonsense and say I activated any of their **** offerings. Note this has happened a few months ago as well where Vodacom stole all of my accumulated airtime citing the same reason and to date I have not been reimbursed. After calling Vodacom last week, the consultant cancelled all my apparent Vodacom subscriptions and promised to investigate. Thinking this was it I waited for their feedback and with my new allocation of airtime today, I find R38 already missing, called Vodacom now and apparently I again subscribed today for Vodacom content. Mind you this phone never leaves my person, I have not accessed any Vodacom sites so I can confidently say that Vodacom is *****ing airtime. Recently they were exposed for *****ing airtime and due to the large number of people coming forth or taking notice, they owned up and blamed it on system issues. Vodacom are a bunch of *******.
