*****ing

I've had airtime deducted from my PAYG account since May. After recharging from my bank account and not receiving a cent on my phone to call with i realised there was a bigger problem than just airtime vanishing. I called and according to Vodacom I am supposedly signed up for something WASP service (What on earth)? I was told that it was a subscription of gameon but after receiving messages to say it's now cancelled there was a besstmusicapp too? I don't download music, stream, or play games on my phone.

I received no communication regarding this instead VODACOM has allowed these deductions to be made at 10 and 7 rand a day and some days even double... they quick to say they have now cancelled this and therefore can not give me any additional information. my question is whom authorised anyone to deduct this money? is this not my money and like an idiot i keep reloading because i have no airtime and unknowingly vodacom authorises these wasp (whatever that is) services to ***** from me and commit *****!!!!!!!!!!! Taking anything without me approving it is *****! I have requested a detailed breakdown and a audit of these transactions which i had not given authorisation to as well as a refund. the call centre team lead assured me he had cancelled this and would ensure a refund (10 & 7 and sometimes double a day does now amount to 99 airtime - this just to shut me up!!!! and i get it in airtime for which they will probably just ***** again! I have rep**** to the sorry excuse for a message asking them to take their 99 rand as this does not merely calculate to the amounts that just went missing!

I would like an itemized bill from the date I supposedly subscribed to the service along with proof of authorization (I can't understand why I can't access this myself on the app or have a call centre rep send me a copy to track activity on my OWN account) and a refund for all the deductions made.

In any event that you take something without someones permission it is considered *****ing and therefore fall in the ***** category. How many people are ****med my this and ****** from on a daily basis? and whom is coining this money!!!?
