STAY AWAY! The most unhelpful service ever!!!

<p>I have upgraded at vodacom now for the 4th time thinking that vodacom is the best. After i upgraded i am forced to use out of bundel data rate because vodacom made a mistake on my account. I spent the last 2 weeks on the phone almost every day talking and begging them to give me the service i pay for, and every time they promise to call me back, still have not received 1 call from them. They just dont care about you as a customer after you signed a contract. I will NEVER use vodacom again! </p>
