Stay away from Vodacom, they do not care
It's been a month I am having this internet problem Please stay away from Vodacom, they will give you internet even when they know your area is out of coverage..they just care about the money and not about the customers needs. I will have to take this to social media since it's taking this long and nothing has been resolved..it's been weeks now Please also give me a contact email or number of someone in the back office or the CEO that I can speak to I got a quotation saying I do not owe anything for the router so why are you taking so long to cancel my contract? I had no response about my contract cancellation. No email at all

29 Apr 2026, 14:43Vodacom please there is a lady calling me from *** every time saying she sends me emails, I even gave her an alternative email address, still no email from her till this day, She is lying.
I have all the call recordings on my phone, I am taking this further as you don't want to cancel my contract.
All she does she cancels the service tickets all the time after our phone call when she knows the issue is unresolved
