Stay away from Vodacom Fibre, they are the worst.

I feel like I'm being punished for trusting the Vodacom brand and being a loyal customer after so many inconveniences by Vodacom. My internet fibre connection has not been stable since December, I contacted Vodacom on the 8th of Jan when I returned from my holiday to start with work, today it's the 17th of January and I still haven't been helped. Every time I call I'm told the matter is being escalated, still no help though. I don't know how long will they escalate it until I get help, maybe until I lose my job, who knows? I HATE VODACOM!
