Stay away from Vodacom
I app**** for a new contract - was approved eventually after stock issues and received the phone. When I opened the box the phone's screen was faulty. I then contacted the aftersales department who said the phone would be replaced. I then phoned again to find out when and they told me they only collect, not replace. Had to phone back and then vodacom said my number was blocked to stop ********** activity despite the fact that I am trying to resolve their issue.

28 Jul 2022, 13:07Thank you for the contact -
Yes, I eventually managed to finally arrange for a collection of the faulty device Vodacom provided but the frustration continues in that I now have to wait for the device to be collected
then the contract needs to be cancelled
then I need to go through the whole process to apply again.
Why not just simply replace the faulty device?
