Stay away from Vodacom

Wow, here am I to complain against Vodacom only to discover so many complaints already submitted today alone. I notice that some consultant would respond to complaints with a standard acknowledgment and perhaps accompanied by a sheepish apology for 'any inconvenience caused.' On every other platform I have dealt with them they have done this but nothing changes. I think the company has become too big to care about customer service.

I have dealt with consultants, team leaders and managers but the simple issue of collecting a wrong device that was delivered to my home is not being done. The collection was done on July 11th and I am still waiting. Everyone promises to follow things up and come back to me but it is blatant lies. The strange thing is that there are no consequences for this type of behaviour. I have sent emails to customer and *** and none of them are responded to.

My suggestion is that once your issue is resolved, cut your ties with Vodacom as soon as you can. If you are on contract, port your number to a caring service provider. These people have too much money to care about customers.

This is just a PR stunt and you know it. I just wish you would stop and fix what is broken in your company. Your staff operates with impunity and promises whatever knowing that there are no consequences.
