Stay away from Vodacom!

Utter disappointing service, getting transferred from department and no one can help you, some people in the same department state they can do something while others say that they can't. And so you get transferred again and again. This ranges from sales, retention, aftersales, migration etc.

When contracts are up, all of the contracts will move to another supplier as Vodacom just doesn't care.

And all this for getting on a better plan, migrating a contract to something bigger.

Really disappointing........
