Stay away from VODACOM!!!!!

Would just like to bring it it under the people’s attention that is considering choosing Vodacom as your provider, their customer service is non existent. After placing a review on this website last week, they responded by saying someone will be in contact with me ASAP, needless to say, nobody responded. I had to submit a request for the forth time, just to have my full initials displayed on my statement. After speaking to a consultant this morning, she asked me, can’t I rather go in to a branch, since their department that’s responsible is just not responding. Please don’t make this mistake to choose Vodacom, they are just not interested in providing customer service
