Stay away from Vodacom

Just another big organisation that couldn't care less about its clients --- They offered a 'top up' 5GB Data Plan to me, as part of my monthly fees --- I accepted, but when the parcel was delivered to me, it was not what they had explained over the phone --- I sent the package back and called them to cancel - they said that it's been cancelled, but I'm being billed for this so called 5GB Data Plan still -- I've sent them email after email regarding this, with no response at all - no call back, no reply on my emails, nothing! -- When I had called about the cancellation, I was told that my account will be credited, this still has not happened either --- pathetic service, they don't care about their clients, just as long as they get your business. Once that's done, they turn their backs.
