STAY AWAY FROM VODACOM!!!

I certainly do not write this letter to elicit an amused response by complaining about something that is not a pressing concern...

I have been waiting since the 24th of November for the contract that I have signed on Black Friday for the P9 Lite combo with the P10 Lite. I have been phoning Vodacom at Mooi River Mall Potchefstroom over and over and over. They make promises for getting back to me on information on my contract and to this day I am still phoning then and there is no feedback.

I warn all people who are reading this to stay away from Vodacom!!

I can signed a contract with MTN or Cell C or Telkom who also had great deals on Black Friday, instead I went to Vodacom, a company who I thought I can trust and this is the service that I get...

It is December, I am going on holiday and I am struggling with an old phone. I am truly in remorse.

I wish to place massive emphasis on this: For all who are reading this I compel you to listen to me when I tell you you to stay away from Vodacom for good!! They cant deliver.
