Stay Away From VODACOM

I logged a call yesterday 11/01/2024 iro my wireless connection which was not working, mind you its a business line. Today its 12/02/24 and vodacom has not cared to ensure that its technicians have been dispatched. Ive called numerous time and ive been told the technicians have not bothered to attend to the issue. This has happened prior where it took them almost a week to attend to this issue. The only conclusion is that its because we are black township customers therefore Vodacom doesnt need our business and our livelihoods can suffer.
