STAY AWAY FROM VODACOM.

I woud give Vodacom 0 Stars if possible. I have tried to phone Vodacom Insurance for more than a week, at least 3 calls a day, I have waited more that 25 mins, with no answer. This is ridiculous!! I go into the Vodacom store at Heidelberg Mall, and the lady tells me "What must I do about it?" "They don't answer me either." I insured my Iphone X (at the time my insurance covers R20000-R25000). I pay R360 a month for insurance. I need my Iphone replaced and they want to replace it with a Huawei P30. I work on Macbook, so I need my Iphone replaced with an Iphone. This is why I insured AN IPHONE.

Would advise anyone to stay away from Vodacom insurance.
