STAY AWAY FROM THE VODAPAY APP FUNDS HAVE BEEN MISSING FOR 4 MONTHS

Please stay away from using the Vodapay app, if a transaction fails while using the app you are at risk of never getting back your funds, unlike with normal banks where your funds return to your account within 15 working days, the Vodapay consultants have been sending me back and fourth for almost 4 months now, on the 17 of March 2024 I made a transaction using the vodapay app and it failed and my funds did not return back to the wallet, since then they keep telling me that they are waiting for feedback from the backoffice, its been almost 4 months now and no way forward, except they told me after 3 months the money will definitely return to the wallet which is now almost 2 weeks ago and nothing, this is my 4th complaint on hello peter, the vodacom team reaches out and says they will try to see what is going on and get back to me but they never call back, they sent me an email over 72 hours ago stating they will give me feedback, mind you this is the response I have been getting for over 12 weeks now, I currently do not have an idea of where my funds are or what is going on and I honestly do not know what to do anymore because such an issue should not even take a full month to solve and yet here I am 14 weeks later and my funds have not returned to my vodapay wallet, I have spoken to probably over 20 different consultants and they seem as clueless as ever and keep telling me to wait for the back office, please stick to using your bank account for transactions and avoid Vodapay at all costs.
