STAY AWAY FROM PATHETIC VODACOM

My wife has been retrenched and she HAS retrenchement cover on her insurance with Vodacom, stating that they will pay the contract for 6 months.She arranged for the cover, sent all the documents, and was assured that all is covered, NO need to worry. Today they phoned the numbers on her contract, threatening to cut the lines if she doesn't pay. We had to take food-money to pay, because Vodacom is so pathetic with their service,there is NO communication between the insurance and the accounts department.I bet we will not get our money back,VODACOM like to TAKE money and food out of childrens mouths,there word is WORTH NOTHING! I'm in the media bussiness,and I will take this further.You are PATHETIC USELESS SERVICE PROVIDERS,with ********* practice.Do any of you have brains to communicate??
