Stay away from Online upgrades!

Be warned, stay away from Vodacom online promotion upgrades. They charge you extra stuff you never agreed to in the terms and conditions and if you tried to sort it out, they transfer your call from one department to another and no one can help you and on the end, they just cut you off! I have spent almost 6 hours on the phone to sort this ******** act out without a success! The online service is horrible and will never order an upgrade online again! Never never! I have everything on the recording!
