Statement with incorrect address

I received a statement from Vodacom with the address that is not mine , The Cape Town address is stated in the statement , I have never stayed in Cape Town. I then sent several emails from (11 July 2018 )to Vodacom to provide me with the statement with the correct address by providing the address on such email.I was told that my query is closed. My emails are ignored and till this day I have not received the statement with my address. I wonder why Vodacom requires its customers to sign contracts while they just ignore the personal details that are provided in the contract. Vodacom is a company with very unprofessional people.I wonder if the statement itself is accurate ? who knows? I dont know what to think about Vodacom??????
