Starter kit present with iPhone 6

In the advertising booklet for Jan it says that if you upgrade with the iPhone 6 they will give you a starter kit (Kar charger and screen protector) they didn't have it then and it's just about 2 months later and they still don't have it. I have contacted them about 4 times now and still they don't have stock or even know when the stock will arrive.
