*****STARS

In early May i called in to your call centre to let you know that I would be relocating in the beginning of June and the complex I would be moving to would not accept you guys providing me fibre as they had an agreement with another provider. Despite this not being my fault, you guys still wanted to charge me a ridiculous cancellation amount of R1300 whereas I pay R800 for my fibre line. My fibre account is paid in advance and should be coming to an an end at the end of June, therefore it made no sense to charge me even more than what my last payment to you guys would be just for cancelling a month earlier DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES I CANNOT CONTROL.

You guys have taken your instalment for the month of June for a fibre line I cannot use as I no longer live in that unit, second to that the new tenant cannot connect their own fibre. Another suggestion you call centre agent made was that I find out who the new tenant is and ask them to pay for the fibre???? You train your agents to suggest to customers to invade other people’s privacy?? I do not know why I even returned to you guys as a service provider your customer service is terrible and you want to milk people off of every last penny they have.

I have not received confirmation of this fibre line being cancelled!! I expect no further debits, in fact I expect a refund for this month as I clearly told you guys I was moving and a relocation of my line was not possible.
