Star employee: Thobeka

I phoned the Vodacom call centre for assistance with Elite Mobile actioning unauthorised migrations on my cell phone contract. The lady I spoke to, I think her name was Thobeka, was such an angel! When I initially phoned early this morning I burst out in tears while talking to Thobeka. She phoned me back just after 9am as she promised she would do to put me through to Elite Mobile to get the issue resolved. She even phoned back afterwards to follow up to see if I came right. Vodacom, please employ more people like her!
