Star Employee - Fibre Department

Hey Vodacom. I have been a vodacom customer since 2005, so I have spoken to many Vodacom employees over the years. Some services were good and some were really bad, but the assistance I have received from Abigail Pheifer this week in your Fibre department has been outstanding and the best by far!!! When she says she will call me back, she actually does! She is friendly and goes out of her way to help. She takes her time to help and does not rush through my questions and requests for assistance. She follows up on my queries, and she comes back with answers the same day. Vodacom, please take care of her, she is worth gold and please hire more people like her who are really eager and willing to help your customers.
