Star advisor boity

This a review about boitumelo the vodacom advisor not vodacom fyi. I called at about 15:30 to find out why a portion of my airtime was missing spoke to an advisor who told me that the system hasnt updated but will get someone to call me in an hour as he is knocking off so I waited 2 hours and no call.Called again got through to another advisor who hung up called again and got through to boitumelo who I explained everything to and she apologised for the other advisor not calling me back and assured me that she will call at 8:00 and she did.The system still didnt update as yet but she reimbursed the missing airtime and was polite the entire time.I think she deserves the 24 and 25th off as well as the 31st and the 1st off.She was the best,in my whole 5yr plus being with vodacom I think she is the 3rd advisor who did her job.Thank you boity♥️
