Stalling to cancel an already expired contract. Shame on you Vodacom

My 2 contracts expired 28 August 2020. I have been trying to cancel them by giving notice since July 27th 2020 with no luck. Each time you contact call centre, I am told that account will be stooped. I have been calling every month. I phoned again today, and to my surprise, the cancellation has not been effected. I think they are stalling these cancellations deliberately to continue profiting *******ly. They have lost a valuable customer, that I can guarantee.

Please, I don't want to be phoned. Resolve the logged call which has all the details. I want the contracts to be cancelled as requested. Its as simple as that.

Thank you very much Mahalia for a speedy resolution to my request. One number have been converted to prepaid immediately after your call. Only one number is outstanding. Hopefully it will also be resolved soon????

Dear @Vodacom, I was excited when I saw soo excited when one of my contracts was resolved after posting my complaint on Hello Peter. But to date, my second number is still not converted to prepaid. I don't understand why one number can be cancelled immediately and the other cannot be done. The foolishness of these deliberate tactics is that you are willing to make an unjustified quick buck at the expense of losing a good paying customer in the long run? I've never seen such foolishness. I'll be reporting matter to National Consumer Service.
