staff stole my phone

<p>i sent my phone in for repairs and from that time i have been taken from pillar to post,i have never seen such terrible service from consultants to the manager and technicians,from last year i ahve been to the shop and the manager by the name of Sello Hlalele is *********** aswell as his his staff,i have sent him emails and he never rep**** to one email and i have been on hold for the last 50 minutes hence the proof is on record and the assistant manager by the name of Dorcas is the one to put me on hold and they busy talking there own personal staff and litterally ignoring the call on hold....all i need is my phone so i can go somewhere i will get proper service........would like to raise concern to this terrible service</p>
