Staff personnel doesn't queue

I wanted to apply for a cellphone contract with Vodacom went to one of their branches in denlyn mall in Mamelodi, Pretoria. While I was on the line for 20 minutes waiting to be assisted the agent at the shop never attended me, she skipped me to assist a person who just came in got me on the line when I asked why isn't she assisting me, I was told that this person is a staff member. I told them that he needs to stand in the line just like me so I can be assisted first they said no staff members don't queue. I'm just glad glad that I never took that contract that I needed because this shows the poor services I will be receiving in future when I have a problem. They just lost a new customer but I'm glad I won't be streesed by poor services
