Staff not assisting

Good day

I have experiencing a problem with viewing pictures on all social media (instagram, twitter, whatsapp and facebook) for about 2 months now. I called the Vodacom custumer in the beginning of February and was told that this is a problem that a lot of people were experiencing and it should be fixed ad Vodacom was busy investigating it, i was futher told that i would be called within 24hours for a follow up but the consultant did not bother to call me back.

The very same weekend i decided to rather go to Vodacom (The Glen) and Mbuso who was asissting me tells me the same thing that Vodacom has been experiencing this problem since the free facebook was introduced and Vodacom is still busy investing the matter. He told me that he would find a solution to the problem and call me back before he knock off at 7p.m. to my surprise mbuso also failed to call me back.

I struggled with this problem for 2 weeks as Vodacom was just not assisting me. 2 weeks later i returned back to Vodacom (The Glen) and i was helped by Mbuso again,he told me i was experiencing a synchronisation problemand that he would assist and call me back,i made him aware that he had promised to called me back 2 weeks ago with and he did not. He apologised and promised to call me back.

As the day went by and receiving no call back from Mbuso i went back to the glen (wasted petrol) at 6p.m and he told me that he had not forgotten about me and would be calling me back soon.

Till today he has never called me.

3 days later to my surprise i could now view pictures on social media, but this did not last long. I could only view pictures for about a week or so.

Today (8/03/2017) i went back to Vodacom AGAIN, this time i decided to try out Jabulani mall since this was a repairs centre.

I was assisted by one of the technicians who told me that there was nothing that he could do about this problem as Vodacom was investigating this problem and this problem started when Vodacom introduced the free Facebook. He told me he could only assist with viewing images, receiving and sending images on Whatsapp which would be a temporary solution while Vodacom is working on the problem.

I am really tired of using my petrol to get no help from Vodacom at the end of the day. I am also buying data which keeps expiring and it is really unfair that Vodacom is not assisting with this problem,i am a loyal customer who just keeps losing money

I have been with Vodacom for over 10years and i am utterly disappointed in the service i have recieved from Vodacom.
