Staff need training

Went to take out business cell phone contract Tuesday 21st June. Salesman Rudolph asked me to provide Business Registration docs, 3months Bank Statement and ID. Went back next day to finalise contract. Their systems were off-line. Drove home 20km. Phoned 3 hours later, their systems on-line again. Returned to Vodacom shop. Salesman and Supervisor took photocopies of relevant documentation I provided. Right at the end, Supervisor (Natasja) requests that I (Directorof Company) provide, on a Company letterhead, a request for Vodacom to open a Business Contract on the Company's name. Did not have one on me at the time. Unaware one is expected to carry one all the time just in case! Would not finalise the contract without the letter. I was then expected to return home to finalise the letter. I requested all the completed documentation I had signed, and walked out. Needless to say, as a matter of principle, I will take my business elsewhere. Staff need training. I do not expect a reply from Vodacom.
