<p>I've had great customer service over the years from a store employee by the name of Muhammad Joosab. He used to work in the Village Mall Store at Hartbee****rt for a few years but then sadly, moved to Reds Mall in Centurion. </p> <p>Everytime I had a problem with a phone, an upgrade related matter, questions about the different packages on offer, billing enquiries or general product knowledge, he's the guy to talk to. Even now that he works in Centurion, I go to his store when I need an upgrade or general help with billing etc. He knows every phone in the store, what the best tailor made deals are and he'll even analyze and streamline your account to make sure you're on the right package. </p> <p>His product knowledge is truly incredible. I once had a Blackberry that crashed and I expected that it would have to be sent in for repairs. When I took it into the store, he said he'd try and fix the problem before sending it for repairs. A couple of hours later, he'd Googled the solution and fixed it! </p> <p>He's got a can-do attitude, he's always friendly and helpful and goes out of his way for customers.
