Staff loud and unmannered
Why is there no supervisor making sure staff are quiet and respectful?<br> When calling in I can barely hear the person who is assisting me as all the staff around them are shouting and laughing.<br> This is such unprofessional service - that I cannot hear instructions I am meant to be hearing because the call centre staff are all having a big party in the background.<br> They need to learn some manners!
