Staff don't know their products

App**** for a new contract, included in contract was a SAMSUNG 65 INCH UHD TV + XBOX ONE S ALL DIGITAL and ZTE router, the parcel got delivered yesterday everything except the TV, Phoned Vodacom sales department and they said that i mus redeem the TV from Samsung....phoned Samsung apparently they do not know about the promotion. So I contacted Vodacom again they adviced that I should sent an email to *** - the feedback I received from them was that i should use the voucher I received to redeem the TV..Well BIG PROBLEM I NEVER RECEIVED A VOUCHER FOR THE TV.
