Staff are Pathetic

Can management or someone sort out the staff attitude there. Customer service is disgusting. EACH time I step in that shop it is worse. You wait in queue only to be asked whether you're queuing. Two people assisting one person. There is no sense of urgency in that shop. We are just numbers. If you had to look at footage how long we waited only to be asked that?? From 17.05
