I spoke to Ferdie from Vodacom after I laid a complaint on hello Peter. It's a month no and as yet my contract hasn't been resolved. Ferdie call me on Friday promising to resolve the issue as the contract I wanted on the phone expired in march. He was going to get vodacom to recreate the deal and upgrade till today no assistance he hasn't called me back. . I did indicate that I knew he wouldn't call me in Friday because I expected service from Vodacom to be useless and unreliable. He promised he would sort out my contract by end of Friday and as yet nothing was done. Well vodacom you have proved how useless you and the team are.

18 Mar 2026, 18:35I finally gave up and cancelled my contract with vodacom. Please note as of today no one came through with a resolution. I had a lady call me on Monday the call got cut twice. So today after I have already cancelled my contract she suddenly contacts me again. She tells me she tried calling me in Monday and apparently Iust have blocked her no because she couldn't get through.
It's a lie and an excuse. If I had blocked vodacom how come she was able to call me today. A while bunch of excuses no resolution. Vodacom you are a bunch of idiots. You are *********** and unreliable.
