S*&T NETWORK ON PLANET EARTH!!!! APPALLING!!!

My phone has been blocked for 3 days for now and they cannot even give me a reason why it is blocked. The store at Tygervalley could not help me the customer care could not help me I am on the 082 135 for 40 minutes now and no answer I filled out the forms required and emailed *** a day later I get an email to say my issue is closed but I am still blacklisted no correspondence with me whatsoever!! I can't receive or send calls and can't even shop online I am super frustrated Can VODACOM please assist!!I need to port my number after this totally unacceptable the worst SERVICE EVER!!
