On the 26/10/2025 I subscribed to Vuma my ISP being Vodacom, I made a payment same day then waited for installation, till date no installation no communication whatsoever from VumaTel or Vodacom I am the only one calling both institutions DAILY to be treated like trash by their consultants.
On all the calls I've made we picked up that my residential address was captured incorrectly, I logged a requested to have my address details updated to the correct one over a week and a half ago through Vodacom, I'm a 100% sure the call recordings are there to confirm everything, if not then it proves how *********** Vodacom is. Till date address not updated.
WHY AM I PAYING FOR A SERVICE THAT I AM NOT GETTING?
I want my hard earned money back because come next week I will be required to pay again for a service that was never rendered to me. I want my full refund, I can never work so hard to pay for a service that I thought would make my life easier only to be inconvenienced like this.
