SR***

I have been with vodacom for more than 5 years their service is absolutely pure. You don’t value your clients I have had my wifi down since the 11 of December till date no one has attended to my service request SR*** . Every time I call they tell me different stories of a guy named themba Khumalo I wonder if he is the heart of vodacom he handles all queries no one else can . They went to an extend of still debiting my account even though I’m not using any services, no one calls to update I have to call endlessly. Since I logged in my request it’s been excuses and mistakes on my account I will not be renewing any contracts with you onwards . I might not be an important client to you now but surely the least is give me feedback or tell me you can’t fix my fibre then I make alternative plans . I have utilized more data since the 11th of December 2020 unnecessarily .
