Springs Mall pathetic customer service

I have on numerous times visited your Vodacom store at the Springs Mall. It so happenned that on the 6/11/2019, i had a very unpleasant experience yet again. There is an indian and white gentleman working at the repairs/ technical section. Every time i visit the store, they are so unpleasant and have no people s****s. They have no concept of customer service and are unmannered to be in a public space. I would never purchase a vodacom package again due to this unpleasant experience.
