Speedy feedback on query
I would just like to thank Miss Stevens for responding to my complaint last Saturday. She was friendly and efficient and even went to the trouble of locating my data usage with a return call. How vodacom can consider a log process to obtain data balance versus a simple click on the balance button is beyond me. However, problem solved.
