Specials on back order????

So as a company you decide to run a special (XA1 Sony with a PS4) one would think you'd have sufficient stock.... Yet I called today to find out *** is going on just to be told the phones are on BACK ORDER however the PS4 has been delivered.... Really now VODACOM!! If your planning to run a special ensure you have sufficient stock!! Your a big company and your logistics should run smoothly.... Really not a happy customer right now!! This is disappointing from a big name like yours....
