Specials advertised but with no

29/12/15 I approached the consultant at Vodacom medicare pharmacy enquiring abt the deal they had with the hauwei p8 lite. the deal was for the subs cost of R169.00 p.m & you will receive R150.00 airtime p.m (deal exclusive to the store), I was approved for a new line to be added to my existing Vodacom account, cos I wanted that phone with that specific deal. I was told that the device will be delivered to the store within 3-5 working days. I made numerous calls and I also went to the store but they kept telling me that they don't have stock but if I want I can take the phone, but on the new subscription of R199.00, why must I pay a higher subscription when I went to that store for that specific deal and I app**** for a new line and got approved before the deal could end. is this some can of ********** deals that the store does, they advertise specials but when you go in they tell you no stock, when the new deals come out they say you can have the device but on a higher subscription I know that the deals are exclusive to the store but Vodacom should not allow stores to advertise certain deals if those stores can't handle the demand because it reflects badly on Vodacom as a whole
