Special thanks to Michel ONLY NOT Vodacom

I'd like to send a special shout out to Michel from Vodacom Customer service for her incredible assistance. Vodacom took my 100 vod to any network minutes and 60 GB over night. Their reason was because my cellphone contract had ended yet they ignored that I had purchased the data and minutes myself. Michel (hoping the name is correctly typed) went an extra mile after I had called customer service 3 times with no luck. She worked behind the scene to ensure what was ****** from me by Vodacom was retrieved. Thank you very much girl keep it up. With a vast experience that I have in customer service, I know that when people lodge a complaint they are looking for a solution not an organisational defence.
