Special not available

I want to buy a LG Leon phone on prepaid but there was no stock available at any of your Branches, so I ordered the phone from your branch at Atterbury Value mart on Thursday last week. Two days they said, it has been a week now and still no phone. Why do you advertise a phone if you can not deliver or is it just a ploy? I am a Vodacom Customer with 5 contracts on my name and this is not acceptable!!
