Special fell off

You always give me the best service when i visit Vodacom 4U store in Secunda Mall but am greatly disappointed with what happened lately.

I knew the special for the Samsung A8 and J3 package for R449 ends on the 6th of March so i thought i had time. I received a call that the phones were delivered at the store and since i couldnt come during the week, i said i would come over the weekend.

The store was full on Saturday and that is why i came on Sunday the 4th only for you to inform me, your colleague sold my phones and you will not be able to get a J3 anymore. I don't understand this and i am deeply disappointed. I didnt want a contract until I saw the special and i do not want any other phones besides Samsung.

I am still without a contract phone and i refuse to believe that Vodacom cannot find a J3 somewhere else
